  Very unnecessarily rude. Says on here they close at 9 apparently they close at 8. fair enough not a big deal. When we called, the lady answering was VERY rude. Asked if I can place an order for pick up, "maybe.. if I got it." (Obviously annoyed) so I asked I'm sorry, when do you close? "I'm closing at 8 so gimme what you got" wow, that's alright have a good night. Didn't even order. You're a business conduct yourself as such.

  Very disappointed in the customer service at this restaurant! First rule of business- if you're going to have people interfacing with the public and taking orders, at the very least they should be pleasant to customers!!
  
  As a fellow Caribbean resident of the area I was looking forward to trying this restaurant and lending my support, but never again!! The woman at the counter taking orders was rude and obnoxious! I can't even get into details about what transpired, but let's just say I was shocked!!
  
  Clearly their food isn't made and served with love, which is what one would expect from good 'ole fashion Caribbean soul food! Major disappointment!!
  
  I don't see this restaurant lasting long!! Such a pity they don't value their customers!!
