  I purchased a meal that I had to wait on and when I received it it was cold. I took it back and they supposedly heated it for me but it was still cold. The manager never came to me and asked how things could be better. My experience was awful. I gave it 1 star because it would not let me post otherwise.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE this Captain D's. The employees are ALWAYS so kind and friendly. It does take a little long to get through the drive through but the food is always fresh and delicious.

  Did not get my full order. I called after got home and found out, and the manager wanted my receipt number...reasonable, except not only did I not get my full order, I also did not get a receipt. She was difficult and insisted I had to have a receipt, so I said it's probably next to my fish I didn't get. She called me a smart ass and hung up on me.

  I waited 40 mins only to get home and a lot of both meals were missing. Returned to the store and waited another 45 minutes and food was missing again. The new Manger did come out and apologize but the damage has been truly done. Worst experience I have had in a long time..did I mention the cashier ate food in front of us. lol never again.

  The food is good and hot, but the portions are small for what I paid, almost $19 for 2 meals.
